RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Landtech Store. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair return conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled

  • The item is in original condition

  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase or invoice is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Electrical or electronic appliances once opened (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within   24 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Packaging condition

  • Order details

Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved by Landtech Store before sending items back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers should contact our support team to initiate a return request.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–28 business days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Collection charges may apply for large or heavy items.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders already shipped or prepared for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.
